Outlook XP
- Outlook XP is Microsoft's latest email client bundled with Office XP. It is also known as Outlook 2002.
- Open Outlook XP.
- Click on Tools and then E-Mail Accounts. If you do not see E-Mail Accounts, click on the small downward arrow at the bottom of the menu.
- You will see the screen below.
- Make sure that Add a new e-mail account is selected.
- Click Next.
- Server Type is POP3.
- Click Next.
- Your Name: This is the name that will appear on all email you send.
E-mail address: This is your email address. you@yourdomain.com.au
- POP3: mail.yourdomain.com.au
- SMTP: smtp.yourISP.com.au
- User Name: Your username, ie company1
- Password: Your password.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish to save your settings.
- Congratulations, you should now be able to send and receive email. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to call Anchor.
