Outlook XP

  1. Outlook XP is Microsoft's latest email client bundled with Office XP. It is also known as Outlook 2002.
  2. Open Outlook XP.
  3. Click on Tools and then E-Mail Accounts. If you do not see E-Mail Accounts, click on the small downward arrow at the bottom of the menu.

  4. You will see the screen below.

  5. Make sure that Add a new e-mail account is selected.
  6. Click Next.

  7. Server Type is POP3.
  8. Click Next.

  9. Your Name: This is the name that will appear on all email you send.
  10. E-mail address: This is your email address. you@yourdomain.com.au

  11. POP3: mail.yourdomain.com.au
  12. SMTP: smtp.yourISP.com.au
  13. User Name: Your username, ie company1
  14. Password: Your password.
  15. Click Next.

  16. Click Finish to save your settings.
