Outlook 2000

  1. Outlook 2000 is available as part of Microsoft Office 2000.
  2. Open Outlook 2000. If this is the first time a wizard will appear to help setup Outlook to get email. If Outlook is already in use, click on tools, and then accounts, read down to

  3. Click Next.

  4. Select None of the above, and click next.

  5. Select Internet Only and click next.

  6. Tick Internet E-mail, and click next

  7. Click on the Setup Mail Account button

  8. Name: This is the name that will appear on all email you send.
  9. E-mail address: This is your email address. you@yourdomain.com.au

  10. Now click on Servers

  11. POP3: mail.yourdomain.com.au
  12. SMTP: smtp.yourISP.com.au
  13. Account name: Your username. ie company2
  14. Password: Your password.
  15. Now click on OK.

  16. Click Next.

  17. Click Finish.
