Domain name registration complaints

If you have a problem or dispute in relation to any aspect of Anchor's domain registration service we encourage you to lodge a complaint with us.

Complaints lodged via telephone must be within Anchor's standard operating hours as published.

All complaints will be attended to within in 5 working days and complainants will be contacted using the communication details provided.
