Support

Anchor will ensure that all primary services remain operational in accordance with the service level agreement. All core infrastructure is monitored and supported 24 x 7.

Business hours support

Access to the data centre is provided free of charge during business hours.

If your server fails we will reboot it free of charge up to 5 times each calendar month during business hours. Rebooting is limited to cycling of the power to your server.

After hours support

The data centre is not staffed 24 x 7 but technicians are on call 24 x 7 and access can be provided at any time. 30 minutes notice is required to access the data centre outside business hours.

Remote hands

If you require a keyboard and monitor to be plugged in to the server to diagnose a fault our remote hands service is available. This is a billable service which can be used to perform basic diagnostics and fault finding to restore network connectivity to your server.

Network connection

All networking is provisioned using a combination of Gigabit and 100Mbps ethernet connections.

Data pricing is based on inbound data only. There are no charges on outbound data provided that the ratio of outbound to inbound is not excessive (must be less than 10:1).

Power

Dual onsite diesel generators are used to ensure continuous delivery of power. The UPS systems have capacity to run the data centre long enough for the diesel generator to begin providing power. The diesel generator is tested on a monthly basis and is pre warmed to allow full power delivery within 10 seconds of power failure.

Rackspace

All equipment is provisioned in 47RU 19" racks. The cost of rackspace is based on the vertical height of your equipment and charged per RU (~45mm).
