Firewall

  • A high availability hardware-based firewall is configured and managed for your individual server.
  • You define the list of ports that you require open and Anchor takes care of the rest.
  • Security advice is provided free of charge in order to assist you in defining a secure ruleset.

Shared Secure Port

  • The shared secure port firewalls you from the Internet but doesn’t separate you from other Anchor customers using the same service.
  • Pricing:$55/month + $137.50 setup

Private Secure Port

  • VLAN’s used to isolate traffic to your individual server.
  • Behaves like a dedicated private firewall.
  • Pricing: $137.50/month + $275 setup

Secure Segment

  • Protection for two or more servers.
  • Pricing: $275/month + $550 setup

Load Balancing

  • Network based load balancing service.
  • High availability/redundant load balancers.
  • Active/Passive or Active/Active configurations.
  • Content checking based failover.
  • Pricing: $275/month + $550 setup

VPN

  • VPN termination on the Anchor network
  • IPSec and L2TP
  • Anchor configures local and remote end points.
  • Pricing: $137.50/month + $330 setup

Server Monitoring

  • Notification via sms and email notifications.
  • Network connections and individual services monitored.
  • ICMP, SSH, FTP, Mail, HTTPD, Content.
  • Alerts sent on change of status (up/down notifications).
  • Checks performed every 2 minutes.
  • Pricing: $27.50/month + $75 setup

IP addresses

  • Available on request.
  • Use must be justifiable.
  • Price: $2/IP/month.

DNS

  • Primary and/or Secondary DNS services.
  • DNS hosting provides a complete zone management service
  • All updates are made free of charge.
  • Pricing: first 5 free then $10/domain/year

Redundant Network

  • A second network connection via a redundant upstream path.
  • Removes single point of failure on the network.
  • Pricing: $25/month + $137.50 setup

Secondary MX

  • If a single dedicated server is being used to provide email services, secondary mail services can be run from our mail servers to prevent mail bouncing in the event that your server is not contactable.
  • Pricing: $50/domain/year
